Works well for pilots
It slides easily into the B-737 cockpit and tucks under most passenger seats. The orange interior is a nice touch, so I notice right away if I've left a pocket open. Carrying it on your back is comfortable too.
As a pilot, there are a few small refinements I'd love to see. First, the little zipper on the shoulder strap pulls upward, and since it rubs against bags, walls and cabin floors it tends to come undone, spilling whatever is inside. Second, when you slide the rear luggage strap over a roller bag, the shoulder straps stick out and are tricky to tuck away; a dedicated pocket to stow them would be great. Third, I wish the lower exterior pocket meant for wet items were a bit roomier. It's handy for cold food with an ice pack, but it's on the small side.
